A wardrobe of six garments. The studio opens when the first cutting is ready — no date, no season, no countdown.
We are making six garments, and then we are going to stop.
Not a season. Not a drop. Six pieces a person genuinely reaches for — each drafted from one block, cut in one merchant’s cloth, and made again when they run out.
The studio will open on the morning the sixth cloth arrives and the fit is right. Putting a date on that would only mean choosing between missing it and cutting something we are not finished with.
Six pieces
An overshirt, a tee, a wide trouser, a crew, a coat, a scarf. The whole wardrobe, and nothing beside it.
One mill each
Every piece is cut in a single merchant’s cloth, and we name the mill. It is most of the garment.
Cut in Paris
Drafted, graded and made up in the ninth — small runs, repeated rather than replaced.
We cannot tell you when. We can tell you first.
One message the morning the studio opens. Nothing before it, nothing after.
